Marcus Barone released one album as a member of electronic, disco band The Ring before releasing this electro pop track in 1984 with a little help from legendary 80’s producer & remixer Shep Pettibone.

After a career as a studio musician in the 80’s, writing tracks such as “Right There” by Two Sisters, he went to become a motion picture music executive and supervisor and scored the music for lots of movies including Gang Related, Behind Enemy Lines, Beverly Hills Ninja, Dumb And Dumber, etc plus TV programs such as America’s Got Talent, Dancing With The Stars, The O.C. and Dawson’s Creek to name a few.

He currently operates the film and music group First International Pictures.

    I remember blasting this at school on my friends boombox, when I was 14. I thought it was a great track back then.
