Spin Masters – Brothers

The Spin Masters were brothers Henry Garcia aka Hen-Gee and Eric Garcia aka Evil-E. This was their debut release and was written by the duo with Ice-T and features music by David Storrs.

They became members of Ice-T’s Rhyme Syndicate and Evil-E became Ice’s DJ, featuring on many of his classic tracks. They appeared on stage with Ice T during the audition scene in the 1985 movie ‘Rappin’ and also in the trailer.

Their only other release as The Spin Masters was the 1988 track ‘Bustin Loose’ which was the B-side to Everlast’s (House Of Pain) ‘Syndication’. Both tracks featured on the Rhyme Syndicate compilation ‘Comin’ Through’. After this they changed their name to Hen-Gee & Evil-E and went on to release the album ‘Brothers’ on Pendulum Records in 1991 and a couple of singles.
