The Beat Boys – Be Bop Rock

Sugarscoop Records (US) [SS-423] 1983

The Beat Boys were Franky D (Frank Robinson) and Mr. Slick (Steven Randolph). The simple story here is that the group submitted a rap using ‘Hip Hop Be Bop’ by Man Parrish as the music and Sugarscoop liked it so much that they decided to release it.

The group also recorded as MC Connection for Next Plateau.
