The Fever II were Starsky aka Lovebug Starski and Ronnie DJ. The duo only released one record together, Funky Pledge, on Moonglow Records which, based on the catalogue numbers, was most likely released in 1981 or 1982, just prior to the Universal Robot Band’s classic disco track, Barely Breaking Even.
