Godd Boddies – Ill Vision (LP Reissue) [Taha/JTLM TAHA031/JTLM011]
Godd Boddies are a former Canadian rap duo, K.P. (Knowledge Power) & IGoDevine, originating from Scarborough, Ontario. Their debut album, “Ill Vision”, was released in 1997 under Def Beat Records and reissued in 1998 by Koch Records with an alternate cover and artwork. Both releases were only available on CD and cassette until the first vinyl pressing by Taha/JTLM in 2021. The album features boom-bap production from K-Cut of Main Source and lyrics filled with Five Percenter (Nation of Gods and Earths) undertones.
Now, in 2024, the album is reissued on black vinyl by Taha/JTLM once more but with the original sleeve art from the 1997 CD.
